JOE TASKO began building with his father as a young boy in Hungary and fell in love with the ability to take basic raw materials and create something beautiful. He worked as a builder then a general contractor, then after years of gaining experience and developing his building and design style, he became frustrated with other builders' poor workmanship. Eventually he decided to go out on his own to maintain a higher standard of work practices.

 

In 2000, Joe founded Tasko Enterprises and resolved to employ an excellence in design, building and finishing. The result is exhibited in the unique homes with exquisite details that you see in the photos on this site. While the homes are truly exceptional, they are also modern, family friendly and 100% livable.

 

Joe works with a small team of trusted employees that have worked with him for over 25 years. To keep the team at the forefront of design, Joe travels overseas and seeks out the latest building & design trends. Classic European architecture details are also discovered on his trips. Joe then incorporates his interpretations from the new and the historic into the Bergen County residences he constructs.

 

Each element is inspired and a space in which he would like to dwell.
